Blaise Hazelwood is Co-Founder and Partner of iWeb Strategies, an online political consulting firm founded in 2007. She has led and managed political operations, high-profile grassroots programs and political campaigns. Blaise is recognized for leading the development and implementation of the 72 Hour Program, which is credited with revolutionizing Get Out the Vote efforts. She served as RNC Political Director in 2002 and 2004, spearheading their successful online Team Leader program and the construction of Voter Vault, the RNC’s voter file database. In addition, she managed a successful campaign for RNC Chairman, as well as two winning races for co-chairman. She has also served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor at the RNC. Blaise has served as the Political and Media Director at the NRSC as well as managed and consulted for PACs, 527s, and candidates from the state to national level. Blaise has done work for Governor Haley Barbour of Mississippi as well as the Republican Party of Florida and continues to work with Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana. She is also the president of Grassroots Targeting, LLC, one of the nation’s premier microtargeting companies.

Brian Lyle is Co-Founder and Partner of iWeb Strategies. Before forming iWeb Strategies, Brian was the eCampaign Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) for the 2006 election cycle. In 2004, Brian was Deputy Director of Team Leader, the Republican National Committee’s online volunteer program. He also served as the Southeast Political Coordinator and was responsible for organizing historic 72-hour GOTV turnouts in Lee County, Florida and Desoto County, Mississippi. Brian developed and managed the largest GOP mobile voter registration effort in the 2004 cycle through the creation of “Reggie the Registration Rig.”

In 2002, he developed one of the top five mold breaking websites for Van Hilleary for Governor according to Campaign and Elections magazine. He also worked on various state legislative campaigns throughout Tennessee.
